Overview

GoMaint is designed for organizations that require deployment ownership, database ownership, and operational control. Production customer data is intended to remain inside the customer's selected environment.

Website inquiries

When you submit an enterprise inquiry, we may collect the information you provide, including name, company, email, phone, country, deployment interest, and message details. This information is used to respond to your request, scope a deployment, and coordinate sales or implementation discussions.

GoMaint does not sell inquiry information. Inquiry information may be shared with Nexkora, LLC personnel or authorized implementation partners when needed to respond to your request.

Customer deployments

GoMaint deployments can be installed on-premise, on customer VPS infrastructure, or in customer private cloud environments. In those models, the customer owns the application runtime, database, backups, access controls, and operational records unless a separate written services agreement says otherwise.

• Customer database ownership remains with the customer.
• No shared SaaS database is required for standard deployment.
• Security, backup, and retention policies may be aligned to the customer's internal requirements.

Retention

Website inquiry records may be retained as long as reasonably needed for sales, support, legal, security, and business purposes. Customer deployment data retention is governed by the customer's environment and any applicable deployment or support agreement.
