GoMaint is presented as an enterprise deployment license, not SaaS seat pricing. Final pricing, scope, installation rights, update rights, support, and customization terms depend on the accepted proposal or written agreement.
Additional services may include site expansion, custom development, database integration, white labeling, migration, training, commissioning, priority support, and annual maintenance or software updates. Service timing and deliverables are defined in a separate scope of work.
For customer-controlled deployments, the customer is responsible for infrastructure access, network policies, database administration, backups, user administration, and local compliance unless a written agreement assigns specific responsibilities to Nexkora, LLC or an implementation partner.
